We would like to inform our esteemed customers that, while we make all attempts to ensure that all the items in the specifications are provided in terms of the specification for all projects as shown in the pictures and videos, we would request our esteemed customers to note that many of the materials (a) such as marble, granite, wood, etc., are natural materials and, being natural materials, they would be subject to variations in tone, grain, texture, color, and other aesthetic features, which are beyond our control in your actual flat, and (b) in regard to the manufactured materials, such as ceramic/rectified and vitrified tiles, anodized/powder-coated aluminum, sanitary ware, etc., procured from third-party vendors, will be subject to color and texture variations. This is mostly due to the items being manufactured in different lots and due to their inherent manufacturing process. The final product used in the building and in the flats will therefore be subject to some variations as indicated above. We will, however, under no circumstances, compromise in terms of the standard or grade of such specified items.

Information about projects, plans, specifications, diagrams, photographs, videos, links, and conditions may be altered by the Company at any time. We will endeavor to update the site as promptly as possible, with all relevant information and details; however, it may take some time before such changes are reflected on the site/webpage.

Visitors are advised to verify the latest information on projects with our sales staff, as the website may not always reflect the most current details due to updates and restructuring.

Information about projects is of a very general nature. The pictures, layout themes, project landscape, interiors, and lighting are shown as what is intended to be at the time of completion, and presently they are used as illustrations and for the demonstration of the concept of the development. The visitor is required to verify all the details, including area, amenities, services, terms of sales and payments, and other relevant terms independently with the Company and their sales team prior to concluding any decision for buying.

The website does not constitute an offer and/or contract of any nature whatsoever. Any purchase in any project shall be governed by the terms of the agreement entered into between the parties in writing.
