( 1 ) Supervise and manage civil construction projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget constraints.

( 2 ) Analyze and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical documents to guide project implementation effectively.

( 3 ) Accurately estimate and calculate material requirements for construction tasks, including concrete, steel, earthworks, and other
resources.

( 4 ) Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to align efforts with project goals.

( 5 ) Track project progress through regular site inspections, ensuring adherence to plans, standards, and specifications.
